Terms and Conditions of the "Syty Klub" Loyalty Program

1. General information

1.1. The Organizer of the "Syty Klub" Loyalty Program (hereinafter "Program") is 4ZOO limited liability company based in Puławy at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 61, 24-100 Puławy, registered in the business register KRS maintained by the DISTRICT COURT LUBLIN-EAST IN LUBLIN WITH SEAT IN ŚWIDNIK, VI ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under number: 0000822115, REGON: 385210934, NIP: 7162828313. Share capital: 5,000 zlotys.

1.2. The Program is operated via the B2B platform at 4zoo.pl.

1.3. The Program is aimed at companies and entrepreneurs (B2B clients) making purchases in the Organizer's online store.

2. Participation rules

2.1. Any business entity with an active account on the platform may become a Program participant. 4zoo.pl who will undergo the B2B status verification process.

2.2. Registration in the Program takes place by actively joining the program in the loyalty program panel.

2.3. Verification of B2B status is carried out manually by an Organizer's office employee.

2.4. Participation in the Program is not available to individuals or employees of the Organizer.

3. Program mechanics

3.1. Program Participants collect points for purchases according to the scheme:

  • For every 1 PLN spent, the Participant receives 10 points, and depending on the Program level, it is possible to earn up to 25 points per 1 PLN.

  • Additional points may be awarded for purchasing certain product categories (visible on product cards).

3.2. New Participants receive a one-time 5% bonus on their first purchase.

3.3. The Organizer may run periodic promotions increasing the number of points earned.

4. Use of points and benefits

4.1. Points can be exchanged for:

  • Free products

  • Internal cashback in the form of a cash discount (1 pt = 0.001 PLN)

4.2. Each promotion to the next level in the Program results in a one-time discount from 3% to 6%.

4.3. Additional benefits depending on the level include:

  • Access to higher trade limits

  • Possibility to extend trade credits

  • Access to training and consultations with a dog nutrition specialist

5. Validity of points and restrictions

5.1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, they expire.

5.2. The minimum threshold for redeeming points is 1000 pts.

5.3. Points cannot be transferred to other customers.

5.4. Points and discounts do not combine with other promotions.

5.5. The Organizer may exclude certain products from earning points.

6. Termination and changes in the Program

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Program with 30 days' notice.

6.2. After the Program ends, all unused points expire.

6.3. The Organizer may make changes to the regulations at any time.

7. Complaints and organizer's liability

7.1. Complaints regarding the Program should be submitted to the e-mail address: biuro@4zoo.pl

7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for system errors, B2B platform failures 4zoo.pl as well as Gameball, and also for the consequences of decisions made by participants within the Program.

7.3. The Organizer may suspend or delete a Participant's account if a violation of the Program rules or actions aimed at abusing the loyalty mechanism are detected.

8. Consequences of payment delays

8.1. In case of a payment delay for an invoice, 20,000 points will be automatically deducted from the Participant's account every 7 days until the obligation is settled.

8.2. If the payment delay exceeds 30 days, the Participant will be downgraded to level 0 in the Program.

8.3. By reaching the same level again, the Participant will not receive the one-time discounts assigned to the levels again.

8.4. The Organizer reserves the right to completely exclude a Participant from the Program in case of prolonged payment delays.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. The Organizer is the administrator of Participants' personal data. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of implementing the Program.

9.2. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, and delete it under the terms specified in the Organizer's privacy policy.

These regulations apply from the date of their publication and constitute an integral part of the terms of use of the "Syty Klub" Program.
